7 Crus

The Agrapart Brut Champagne is elaborated exclusively from the 7 Premiers Crus and Grands Crus belonging to the House in the towns of Avize, Oger, Oiry and Cramant, classified Grand Cru, and Avenay Val d’Or, Bergeres-les-Vertus and Mareuil, classified Premier Cru.

A blend of Premier Crus and Grands Crus composed of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. It also is a vintage from several years, composed in part of the year’s harvest, and from previous years, among which a part aged in demi-muids (a designation acquired before the French Revolution of 1789), that is to say in oak barrels of around 650 liters.

Minéral

Always a vintage champagne, this Cuvee comes from two selected vineyard blocks (Bionnes in CRAMANT and Champbouton in AVIZE) with the same geological profile. A thin layer of soil barely covering the chalk.

Precise, savory, and saline, Minéral offers us the chalky dimension of the terroir.
Disgorged 2 months before the release date and dosage limited at 3 grams of sugar per liter.
This Cuvee is available in bottle and magnum.

In the heart of the CĂ´te de Blancs

Founded in 1894, this has become one of the finest grower estates in the Côte des Blancs under its current proprietor, Pascal Agrapart, who has been making wines here since 1984. His 10ha of vines lie largely in the grand cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry and Oger, and while he’s uninterested in being labeled organic or biodynamic, he works according to natural rhythms and sensibilities, without any chemical pesticides or herbicides. Agrapart always ferments his wines with indigenous yeasts, which he feels is crucial to the expression of terroir, and a portion of the wines are aged in old, 600-liter oak casks.
